Now YOU can take advantage of the market correction by reserving your place in Fund IV.  The fund, which will target $100 million in equity, will invest by acquiring multifamily assets within supply-constrained high-growth markets in Western and Southeastern U.S. markets demonstrating strong growth fundamentals.  The launch of this fund comes on the heels of the closing of the firm’s third fund which had 402 investors.
